Consultancy is an integral part of every project that TheAkki takes on.

We deliver results – project and quality management are important components of our toolkit.

We offer a range of services from IT strategic planning, systems review, system selection, project management and business analysis right through to systems development and systems integration.

Practical business solutions are our priority – technology provides the tools. We understand the realities of a changing business environment and the need to create solutions that are tailored to the business environment.  This approach means we are able to quickly and easily adapt to the needs of your business and deliver quality, practical solutions.

For each project we have an initial meeting (which is without charge or obligation), where we ask questions and listen intently about what you do, and where you want to go. We discuss this until we have a good understanding of what your business needs are, how your web site can support them, and where our services can be of best use.

We then provide our views on what has been discussed and how the requirements could be met. We demonstrate examples of similar requirements and how solutions have been deployed (we have built enough sites to be able to confidently demonstrate existing solutions to most requirements). Where we do not have an existing solution, we can define and communicate new functionality or processes to meet the requirements.

We then provide you with a project overview document outlining the functional requirements most suited to your business objectives.
